Now all upper grade items will be able to have procs put on them They WILL NOT be int based.. set proc damage and random damage.
I will have a list of items that can use Proc books, And effects they do.
As for Item crafting updates
All Armors dropped in FI will need Unsealed armor + Blessed Unsealed scroll to make all FI armors Bone so you can + ala or anything else. Mind you its bone so it can blow up!
